Dr. Rotman is a board-certified radiologist and a member of the Emergency/Musculoskeletal Imaging Division. She is first author on many peer-reviewed publications and textbook chapters and created multiple online radiology teaching modules. Her work has been recognized with invited presentations and lectures at many local and national meetings. She is a member of the American Society of Emergency Radiology (ASER) and the Imaging Learning Network (ILN), a national multi-disciplinary team comprised of multiple healthcare institutions dedicated to development and utilization of Appropriate Use Criteria (AUC) to enhance the value of imaging care. Her research interests include clinical decision support for the promotion of evidence-based imaging and the reduction of unnecessary diagnostic procedures, particularly in the Emergency Department setting.
